Abstract
<p>The article presents the obtained results of scientific research on the technology of safflower cultivation depending on the duration and method of sowing, the density of plants, the dose of mineral fertilizers and the varietes. According to the results of the studies, it was revealed that the optimal sowing time for saflor is a sub-winter sowing in inter of 60 cm with a plant standing density of 120 thousand/ha and fertilizer standards N90P60K30 and the best variety for obtaining seeds was the local variety "Shifo."</p>
